Twilight Zone offers its clients access to their online helpdesk system for fault recording and resolution.
Contracted clients will receive a priority service (8 working hour response), others will receive a response as soon as possible at our prevailing rates.
Pressing "The Big Red Button" will take you to our online helpdesk system. This service is NOT free, except to those clients who have a contract that includes this feature.
