* The Apple Service Test (AST) uses Apple's diagnostic tools to guide our non-technical team members and to give our clients a high-level overview of the issues seen by Apple. The information from their hardware tests should allow you to decide if you wish to book a workshop inspection. AST appointments are typically around 10-15 minutes. Please note that these appointments are not designed to fix issues, they are only to assist end-users to gain a level of understanding about reported faults and then to note these on the booking in paperwork.
** This is our investigation service to isolate non warranty issues. The fee is deductible from the first hour’s labour. If a unit is beyond economic repair, we will stop at this point.
*** We will attempt to back up your computer prior to commencing the repair. This service extends the time to effect a repair as we cannot commence until the backup is complete. Price includes 500Gb external HDD.

Please make sure you have a back-up of your data before your device is handed in for repair. Depending on the service required, data and applications stored on the device will be erased or the device may be replaced. To extent where applicable by law, Twilight Zone is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data or consequential loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.
